Tour leader is key figure as well as on-site referee for all indoor and outdoor tours of Hostess & Promoter. Efficiency of Tour Leader is essential to keep everything under control.

Tour Leader must coordinate on-site activities; it is in fact not only in charge of material and of means it manages but also of all staff it trains and coordinates in every tour’ stage.

Skills required are : reliability, seriousness, proactivity, professionalism and open mind to team building and to team work. Tour Leader must lead the way to staff and to not impose itself as a boss.

It must be proactive and must encourage its staff in giving maximum during activity, making Hostess & Promoter’s briefing and customer’s one respect from technical training to attitude.

It manages operations of the event staff, drives all means to deplace from one stage to another, controls promotional material, deals with settings up and dismantlings and completion of  post-activity reports.
